We are currently looking for motivated and caring individuals to join our LPN staff. Full and part time positions are available from 7:00am-3:00pm and from 3:00pm-11:00pm. New graduates are welcome to apply.
Qualified candidates will need to provide ongoing assessment of resident medical and mental wellbeing, ensure administration of medications and assist residents with personal care and supervision. Individuals will assist Physician/Wellness Director/RN in performing specialized procedures and ensure facility compliance will all policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Licensed with two (2) years work experience and/or training. Related work in skilled nursing or assisted living an asset.
- Flexible schedule including availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
- Ability to maintain productivity in a fast paced environment and work in a multi-disciplinary team.
