We do not have call quotas.
We employ the best RNs to provide the best care.When our patients or their families reach our triage line, they immediately speak directly with a RN.
Therefore, we only hire RNs for this role.We do not have PRN positions.We do not have Weekday-only nor Weekend-only roles.Our Hospice Triage nurses are required to work every-other-weekend.Any RN may pick up additional shifts, if shifts are available for the clients’ they are trained to support.We will provide you with a computer and headset.RNs are required to provide their own high-speed internet (only fiberoptic or coaxial cable internet is compatible with our remote call center technology).It is essential to have a home office or quiet space free from noise or distractions in your home (Privacy/HIPAA compliant space).Training is provided remotely and is paid; no travel is required in this role.RNs have access to clients’ EMRs for charting and utilize internal applications to perform their daily job functions.
RNs MUST be able to follow instructions (verbal and often times written) and be comfortable with technology.RNs must remain in good standing and ensure their home state license (and compact when required) remains active.
IntellaTriage will cover the cost of any other state licensure that may be required based on the states of the clients’ your team may support.Shift prep a minimum clock-in of 30 minutes prior to taking calls; we pay up to 1 hour prior to taking calls should you need more time to prepare.Once calls roll to the next team/shift, our nurses remain clocked in and complete any remaining charting before leaving for the day.So, put those long days on the floor and that commute or hours on the road between patients’ homes behind you!

(Training is Remote)Week #1:Monday – Friday: Training is scheduled in a team format from 9am to 5pm Central TimeSaturday & Sunday: OffWeeks #2:Monday – Friday during evening shift: Training is scheduled with a Trainer in a 1×1 format during their available hours between 3pm to 12am Central TimeWeek #3:(May vary depending on the week of training and individual progress.)Monday: Training during the evening shiftTuesday: Training during the evening shiftWednesday: OffThursday: Off or Training during the evening shiftFriday: Training during the evening shiftSaturday: Training during the evening shiftSunday: Off or Training during the evening shift Then, you are ready to take calls and assist our patients and their families!RequirementsMUST have RN license; this team requires a current compact/multi-state license.3+ years of home hospice experience REQUIRED.Must be a good typist and savvy with technology with an ability to quickly navigate multiple EMRs remotely to perform documentation.Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a bonus.Must physically reside and work in the U.S.
and be legally eligible to work for any employer.Must be able to complete the three-week orientation and training (Required to attend all training, no make up training times are available due to the trainers’ schedules; MUST be available week 1: Mon-Fri 9a-5p CST, and weeks 2 & 3: Mon-following Sun during evening shifts).Must be available to work every-other-weekend and holidays as required.Able to handle stress and multitask when calls are coming in.Able to communicate with patients and families with empathy while also maintaining adherence to client protocols.Must maintain CEU’s as designated by the states you are answering calls in.Must attend any in-services, additional training on an as needed basis.Able to pass background check and nurse licensing check.

Thank you for your interest!BenefitsTraining rates are $20 per hour.
Once training is complete, compensation is a set rate of $23 per hour.
All employees are eligible for performance-based merit increases.
Nurses working any shift on Saturday or Sunday will receive an additional $1/hour shift differential.
Nurses work the overnight shift will receive an additional $1 shift differential for any shift worked; differentials for overnight nurses are stacked on Saturday and Sunday.
Part-time Nurses accumulate PTO (average of 1 week per year), are offered three sick days, and are eligible to participate in a 401(k).
Full-time Nurses also receive these benefits, plus are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurances.
