Clinical Supervisor- Hospice Position

Supervises the program to ensure that a high quality, cost-effective service is delivered by the department and that is in keeping with Rushford’s strategic plan as well as the Program’s goals and objectives. Provides direct patient care that is specific to each patient’s needs, including those needs that are age specific.

Qualifications

Completion of educational requirements specific to licensure. Requires current CT licensure as one of the following: PhD/PsyD/APRN/LCSW/LMFT, LADC or LPC.

CCS required after three years

At least five years’ clinical experience in area of expertise.
Previous experience supervising and developing employees.
Basic keyboarding skills and ability to manage electronic calendar and email system.
