-High School diploma or equivalent certification

-Reliable transportation

-Current CPR and First Aide

-Must pass a complete Background check and drug screening

-Current PPD or chest x-ray

Job description:

Provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping and assist with personal care/hygiene (ADLs & IADLS) and other related supportive tasks for the client.

These services are provided in accordance with the plan of care.’
