The Healthcare Business Development Manager is responsible for developing new accounts and servicing existing accounts in the Representative’s assigned territory. They are also responsible for promoting and selling Crown’s staffing services via personal contact with potential clients by regularly calling on clients at their place of business.
Job Requirements:
Aggressively seek out new business through cold-calling, networking and following up on referrals; calling and e-mailing potential clients in order to set up face to face appointments to meet at the client’s place of business.
Conduct sales presentations
Execute proposals
Respond to RFP’s, RFQ’s and all other inquiries
Properly qualify job orders
Properly qualify prospects/clients
Regularly attend internal and external sales meetings
Support marketing efforts of Company/Region (i.e. Specific campaigns)
Conduct needs analysis of prospects and existing customers
Reference Checks
Candidate Skill Marketing
Follow up on qualified sales leads
Properly access safety at client/prospect site by performing walk through and reviews of OSHA logs
Support the WBE initiatives in sales process
Represent the organization in a professional manner
Meet and exceed all sales objectives as predetermined by manager
Develop and cultivate network relationships with local businesses
Identify the needs of staffing personnel and communicate to staffing coordinators the pertinent details and job information so field associate placements are a good fit for the client’s needs
Create and deliver a strategic sales plan, and maintain sales contact records and reports, including CRM management
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
At least three years of healthcare sales experience in a competitive sales environment
High School Diploma or GED required
Must be sales oriented, sales-driven, and possess strong negotiation skills
Previous experience in the healthcare recruiting/staffing industry is preferred
Highly developed telephone, customer services, and interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrated success in obtaining and maintaining accounts
Experience with CRM Management/Salesforce a plus
