We are an expanding treatment facility in Palm Beach County, offering a full continuum of care to adults struggling with addiction and mental health issues.

Responsibilities Include:

• Auditing Medical Records to ensure approved criteria and standards
• Conducting daily assigned caseload reviews to ensure documentation meets medical necessity, DCF, Joint Commission, and insurance guidelines
• Strong coordination with the HIS team, as well as the treatment and billling teams.

Preferred Skills/Abilities Include:

• Associate’s Degree, preferred.
• Commitment and ability to work independently, as well as being part of a team collective, required.
• Knowledge of State & Federal Statutes Regarding Client Confidentiality laws, preferred.
• Knowledge of Corporate Integrity & Compliance Program, preferred.
• Knowledge of Joint Commission and DCF documentation standards/policies and procedures, preferred.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines, required.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
