Medical Communications- Speaker Bureau – Healthcare Communications

***Remote Based-Work from home 100%- Midwest***

Our client, focusing in the speaker’s bureau area of medical communications is actively seeking to add a client services professional at the Group Account Director level due to continued growth and recent new business wins.

This is a new full-time permanent staff opportunity, competitive compensation & benefits package with room for upward mobility and career growth.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage the client/agency relationship to ensure that strategic expectations and deliverables are being met for client’s initiatives.
• Client Services qualities sight: client relationship management, strategic planning, direct report management, supervision, mentoring and training, tactical execution, and delivery.
• Experience managing a large agency account or multiple accounts.
• Cultivate relationships to ensure smooth project execution.
• Build trust and expand client relationship
• Experience managing direct reports.
• Continuously monitor the marketplace and provide updates and recommendations to the client and agency.
• Foster key client relationships within assigned client(s)
• Appropriate utilization of agency resources and staff

Job requirements:

• Approximately ten (10) or more years of progressive client services experience within a medical communications or healthcare communications agency setting
• Applicants must have strong experience in Speaker Bureau
• This is NOT a sales role, rather Client Services/Account Services focused role
• BA/BS College Degree
• Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
• Staff management experience
