This person will oversee the talent acquisition team’s data repor ts, coding, tracking, analysis and delivery of metrics as well as help us mine data to translate insights into actionable items that can streamline efforts and tell our story .

Responsibilities: Manage complex recruitment data using best practices of file management, data cleansing, modeling, qu ery ing and script ing to support weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports at the individual, team, regional and national level Export, process and a nalyze various recruitment tool reports, address trends and maintain recruiting lifecycle data to draw insights, provide recommendations and drive process improvement Assist in developing our analytics ” Story” and visual presentation strategies to ensure data is conveyed in meaningful and interpretive formats for all audience levels Work with external vendors, our applicant tracking system and internal HR and data teams to support data feeds, interfaces and building out solutions for a long-term, comprehensive data management structure using Power BI Self-starter able to effectively problem solve and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with basic guidance and ability to produce results on time Ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail with solid organizational, time management and communication skills MinimumRequired Qualifications : 2-4 years of related experience in data and analytics with e xperience in recruiting, HR or healthcare a plus Bachelor’s degree in business, data or related field Efficiency in Microsoft products including advanced Excel (building data models, pivot tables, using formulas and fu nctions, etc.) and PowerPoint for data presentations Support set up and maint enance of data integration s to enable data collection and use of visualization tools Experience working with HR and recruiting systems ( iCIMS and Workday ), writing queries, data manipulation using SQL, R or Python scripting and managing data visualization s in Power BI a plus To learn more about GMR and how our values are at the core of our services and vital to how we approach care, visit www.GlobalMedicalResponse.Com .#LI-MH1 EEO Statement: Global Medical Response and its family of companies are an Equal Opportunity Employer, which includes supporting veterans and providing reasonable accommodations for individuals with a disability.

More Information about this Job:Compensation:$55,000 $75,000 DOEThe company offers benefit eligible employees medical, dental, and vision coverage as well as Paid Time Off, disability plans, paid holidays, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
