Compensation Range: $13.54
– $16.92 Compensation is determined by factors like training or experience, work history, geographic location, and travel requirements.

The Company complies with all state and local wage and hour laws and the minimum pay range will always be at or above the applicable minimum wage.

* Employee discount programs * Teamwork and culture information Your role as a Mental Health Worker will involve: * Responsible for monitoring patients that are deemed by hospital staff to be a danger to themselves or others, may be a fall risk, or are confused.

* Utilizes specialized training, de-escalation techniques and other interventions * Communicates patient status change to nursing staff What are we looking for?

* Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Sociology or related field, or extensive appropriate experience with the mentally ill * Current valid Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CP/BLS) Certification * Ability to work on-call and travel to any facility in metro Denver * Strong vision abilities, including color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, focus adjusting * Ability to stand and walk for an entire work shift, move or lift objects up to 80 lbs., help restrain or lift a person What would make you stand out?
