Forefront Telecare: Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners Pt – Remote – Inpatient Geri Unit

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners that are Licensed in Iowa to do Part-Time work via TeleHealth for the following:Hospital 16 Bed Geri Unit with current ADC of 10 patients. Looking for NPs who have at least 4 days available during the week (3-4 hours each day) OR NPs on the weekend (3-4 hours on Saturday & Sunday)Responsible for Daily Patient Rounding + On-Call work coverage 24/7Rounding must be completed by 11amMD will be required to sign off on NP notes within 24 business hours. Environment:InpatientPatient-based:Geriatric What You’ll Do/ Your ResponsibilitiesVideo (ZOOM) conference with patients, who have non-emergency medical needs, from your remote, secure location.Evaluate and complete notes via EMR system in a timely manner.RequirementsHave an active license for the states which you are applyingBoard Certified (PMHNP-BC)Clean NPDBActive DEA for IowaTeleHealth experience preferredUpdated CAQH preferredMinimal computer navigation skills – Navigate EMR system KAREOFriendly and compassionate dispositionScheduleWeekday rounding M-F must be completed by 11am and overnight callWeekend rounding must be completed by 11am Sat-Sun and overnight call24/7 On-Call Coverage.
