Family Nurse Practitioner- WFH

Job Title: Family Nurse Practitioner FNP – NEW GRADS WELCOME – SWAB AND SEND COVID PROJECT OVERSIGHT

Shift: 2-3 weekdays and every other weekend, 28-37 hours per week, approx. 32.5 hours per week

Weekdays start/end around 830am to 730pm = 10 hour shift

Saturdays start/end around 9am to 530pm = 8.5 hour shift

Sundays start/end around 9am to 430pm = 7.5 hour shift

Job Description:

• FAMILY nurse practitioner for a retail clinic environment
• Overseeing multiple POCT sites virtually/off site
• Administrative/Telehealth duties: reviewing lab results, call patients, discuss results, discuss care plan, and patient education
• No hands-on patient care duties at this time
• Heavy use of computer and telephone

Job Requirements:

• ACTIVE and CURRENT state licensed family nurse practitioner
• Board certified family nurse practitioner
• Master’s Degree level
• EPIC EMR experience
• Proficient on the computer and phone/telehealth
• Full time commitment needed: 2-3 weekdays and every other weekend
