Sherwood Family Medical Center is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join a high-volume, well-established practice in Sherwood, Arkansas. The ideal candidate will be a physician who is comfortable seeing a high volume of patients each day.
The practice currently has four family physicians and four pediatricians in the group. This is an opportunity to step into a partially established practice as a physician assistant has relocated to another site. This opportunity offers a traditional Monday through Friday schedule from 8 to 5.
This clinic utilizes EPIC as its EMR. Phone call is facilitated through a phone triage with an RN and call is currently every 5th week.
This is an employed position with Arkansas Health Group (AHG), a subsidiary of Baptist Health.
The compensation model is a base salary plus an opportunity for quarterly bonuses. Healthcare, malpractice, retirement, CME, are just some of the other benefit components. There is a clinic manager on site as well as a Regional Practice Administrator who serves as a liaison between the clinic and AHG.
