The Director, Program Management, Pulmonary Hypertension (PH) sits on the Patient Access Solutions Leadership Team (PAS) within the Patient Engagement and Customer Solutions Team (PECS). This individual leads the development of strategies to support therapeutic area goals as the leader of the PH HUB access and affordability programs. You are responsible for creating a consistently excellent customer experience through patient programs that address customer needs. The Director, Program Management is the point person for Pulmonary Hypertension Patient Access Solutions and will work closely with the PAS Program Management team, brand and sales leadership as well as the broader PECS organization. Key areas of responsibility: Leadership of Janssen CarePath (JCP) Patient Services development, execution, and management for Pulmonary Hypertension Responsible for developing launch plan and executions for all HUB access and affordability offerings needed to support patient strategy Ownership of development of specific JCP program analytics, metrics, and dashboards to ensure organizational transparency of program Responsible for the development of novel strategies to achieve Business Unit, individual brand objectives and aligned with Janssen CarePath’s approach to the market. Ensure customer experience of new and existing programs to exceed customer expectations Responsible for shaping short- and long-term plans to optimize opportunities considering competitive insights and future trends. Provides recommendations to brand of operational changes, cost implications and plans to solve market challenges. Supports program development for current and future brands. Lead cross functional team in developing and designing compliant access and affordability programs and stakeholder-centric tools to support appropriate provider, caregiver, and patient access to our products. Collaborates closely with brand teams and Therapeutic Area Leadership Team to develop and present access support strategies based on specific products and/or brand needs Effectively integrates a variety of advanced approaches to analyze, interpret, and manage complex data. Translates complex information and communicates strategic implications to key stakeholders. Works within PECS to align on key patient drop off points and development of novel improvements. Leads the business planning process to ensure the alignment of all stakeholders on Brand, TA and PAS plan. Ensure Organizational Training, communications and compliance as needed to ensure strong understanding of the JCP value proposition as well as appropriate positioning with customers. Qualifications BA/BS required, MBA preferred. Minimum 7 years health care, pharmaceutical or relevant experience and strong proven performance is required. Prior therapeutic area experience is preferred People management experience is preferred Budget management experience preferred. Experience in PH access and affordability preferred. Candidate must demonstrate strong strategy, innovation, collaboration and analytical skills as well as excellent overall business acumen. Must be capable of managing and prioritizing multiple priorities. Must demonstrate excellent leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a matrix and unstructured environment. Demonstrated ability to think strategically. Can operate in two worlds – big picture orientation with attention to detail. Interpersonal flexibility to effectively interact with a broad range of personnel. Builds effectives teams that work well across functions and groups (Collaboration and Teaming).
