Director Healthcare Sales

By reducing barriers that these communities face due to fear, distrust, comfortability and lack of access to quality medical care, HUED seeks to change the lives of 500,000 Black and Latino patients by 2025.We are looking for an experienced sales executive who shares our passion of making quality healthcare accessible for Black and Latinx communities. This role would be responsible for generating new business opportunities (individual contributor), focused on the enterprise segment and driving revenue creation. You are a sales professional with demonstrated experience closing complex business deals, consistently meeting and exceeding goals. You will work with prospects to not simply buy HUED offerings, but also to build business partnerships that enhance the growth of HUED’s business. The candidate must be a strong leader, extremely well organized, creative, results-oriented, quality minded and help champion HUED’s product portfolio in the marketplace. This is a great opportunity to be at the forefront of a fast-growing company where your responsibilities will increase exponentially with your ability.Duties and Key responsibilities include:• Own a sales strategy and process that results in landing and retaining new customers• Manage groups through the sales process – qualification to close• Develop and maintain a network of relationships with key stakeholders in healthcare: payors, hospitals, healthcare organizations, pharma, etc.• Present and deliver HUED’s value proposition virtually and in person• Highly motivated, self-starting, and results-orientedSkills & Knowledge:• Successful track record and 100%+ quota attainment for past 5+ years• Minimum of 5 years experience in digital health sales, ideally selling to hospitals and healthcare systems• Experience leading sales with large contract values• Ability to adapt presentations on-the-go to cater to different settings• Experience in Salesforce and Salesloft/Outreach.ioEducation / Experience:• A network of relationships with key stakeholders in healthcare: payors, hospitals, healthcare organizations, pharma, etc.• Passion for documenting and contributing new ideas and feedback from market to product• Experience working cross-functionally in a small start-up environmentIf interested, please send resume to:
