Dietary Manager-Alhambra Rehab & HealthcareWe are seeking a Dietary Manager for our skilled nursing facility.
Experience in a long term care setting would be very beneficial.
Dietary Manager oversees the overall operations of the dietary department including budgeting, inventory ordering, staff scheduling, oversight of meal preparation/service.
Must have knowledge of various diets and required textures (such as mechanical and puree).
