Overview: The Dentist and Hygiene Recruiter will be an integral member of the Talent Acquisition team at 42 North.
The successful candidate will have responsibility the execution of all aspects of the full cycle recruitment process for our dentists and hygienists.
The position will primarily be responsible for both attracting and hiring talented and high performing dentists and hygienists throughout North America.
Deliverables will include the strategic development of the recruitment process including entering new geographic markets.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in recruitment of high-level professionals as well as strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal relationship skills.
Responsibilities: Build successful relationships with business partners, dental directors, and managers to understand needs.Proactively reach out to candidates via web-based methods, social media, professional meetings, trade shows and other sources.Assist in development of materials to be used in the recruiting process.Manage candidates through recruitment cycle ensuring a positive experience.Conduct telephone and in-person interviews with potential candidates.Proactively coordinate with dental directors and senior management team for interview and hiring process.Maintain consistent presence in local dental schools and deepen relationships with key leaders at the schools.Ongoing development of relationships with potential candidates via a variety of methods, including career events at dental schools, hosting events in the dental community, targeted mailings, emails, etc.Manage candidates via applicant tracking system (ATS).Develop strategy to ensure strong pipeline of potential dentists in new markets throughout New England and beyond.Manage image of 42 North within the profession while participating in events and continuing education opportunities.
Qualifications: Minimum 5 years experience in professional recruitment role ideally recruiting dental professionals.Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.Willingness to travel as required.Ability to establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Willingness to work outside of normal business hours.Self-starter with the ability to work well with other team members.Ability to multi-task in a high-volume recruitment role.Education:A Bachelors degree required
