- Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating and documenting all aspects of patient care.
- The staff nurse demonstrates HCA values and adheres to HCAs ethical and compliance principles in his/her daily activities.
- He/she will work closely with all health care providers to facilitate and coordinate efficient, effective, quality health care.
- Recognize and respond to changes in a patient’s condition

The Clinical Coordinator as the assistant to the Department Director performs a dual role – clinical and administrative. He/she is responsible for identifying the need for, implementing and complying with all unit and hospital standards. The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for clinical and administrative decisions on the unit during the absence of the Nursing Director. He/she supervises all caregivers on the unit and service as a role model to staff.

Qualifications
Full-Time
Education:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program
Licensure:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia
- BLS
Experience:
- One year of recent rehab experience and/or med/surg
