Clinical Liaison – Weekends Only Days

There may be additional hours available on Fridays and Mondays.

What youll be doing everyday:We are seeking a Clinician who wants to step out of day-to-day operations and combine your clinical expertise with the desire to drive strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

The weekend Clinical Liaison vets referrals, sends referrals to appropriate IDT members for approval and completes on-site assessments of potential residents as needed.:Who we are looking for: You will be able to demonstrate: critical thinking, presentation and organizational skills, excellent customer focus, patience, and the ability to gain trust with residents, staff, and referral sources.We are also looking for someone that can demonstrate their ability to build excellent rapport, be self-directed, highly organized, customer-focused, and thrive in an autonomous environment.

Prior experience within a similar role in rehabilitation and working with seniors is highly desirable.
