Natus is seeking a Clinical Applications Specialist.

Natus products are used in hospitals, clinics and laboratories worldwide. Our mission is to improve outcomes and patient care in target markets through innovative screening, diagnostic and treatment solutions.

The Clinical Education Specialist is responsible for pre and post-sale educational support of all Natus pediatric Newborn Care Products.

In this role you will:

• Educate and train clinicians on devices and technologies.
• Develop cost and time effective plan for supporting the educational needs of assigned territory.
• Assist with product evaluations and demonstrations.
• Attend trade shows as directed.
• Develop relationships with key opinion leaders to promote and/or enhance alliances with them.
• Manage day-to-day home office/clerical responsibilities.
• Maintain fiscal responsibility, adhering to corporate expenses guidelines.
• Serve as a clinical liaison with cross-functional teams throughout Natus.
• Participate in special projects as directed.
• Serve as a professional role model within the organization.
• Troubleshoot accounts as required and serve as a liaison with Natus Technical Service .
• Stay up-to-date and follow all Quality System procedures related to this job, which can affect the quality or services provided to our customers.
• Travel is moderate.

What we are seeking:

• Active RN license with no restrictions.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit or Well Baby Nursery.

• BSN required, Master’s Degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
