Clinical Applications Analyst

Position Summary:
This position is a member of the Information Technology team and is responsible in contributing to the 24/7 management and maintenance of clinical applications and a complex network of devices in a healthcare setting. The Clinical Applications Analyst is responsible for first level support of clinical applications and information technology platforms, as needed.
To fulfill the responsibilities of a Clinical Applications Analyst, the successful candidate must have knowledge and experience in the following:
Implementation and maintenance of clinical applications.
Implementation and support of systems shared by multiple clinical departments (e.g., inpatient, outpatient, ancillary, etc.).
Experience in implementing EMR enhancements
End user support and training to all departments.
Project planning and management as necessary.
Facilitation of workflow changes involving the EMR.
Flexibility in assuming and performing other related duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS s
Education: Bachelor Degree in Healthcare Informatics, Information Technology and/or commensurate experience in a clinical and/or IT environment.
Experience: Recent graduate of Informatics program, or at least 36 months in similar position clinical and/or IT environment.
