The Ideal Candidate will Have:
A Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapist education program
2-4 years experience in the field of Physical Therapy
License to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Idaho
Strong organizational skills
A strong focus on patient outcomes
Strong leadership skills and a willingness to lead

Potential to grow into the role of Regional Manager and Partner
Job Responsibilities and Duties
To effectively evaluate, assess and diagnose the movement dysfunctions of patients
To establish effective treatment plans
To accurately bill and document in a timely manner
To manage a treatment team (PTA and Aid) and non-clinical team members
To Manage by Statistics the clinic location
To promote and participate in the company mentorship program and personal enhancement days for the clinical staff
To participate in the interview and onboarding processes
To effectively educate the public via workshops, videos, and other informational content
To profitably grow and scale the clinic site by at least 20% this year by orchestrating the Clinical, Front Office, and Marketing Teams
To ultimately help Body Balance Physical Therapy fulfill the vision of becoming the #1 destination for people in pain to get back to normal and live their life to the fullest as measured by the number of Graduated Patients
