This position, similar to an Assistant Director role, supports the Center Director in all areas of program administration, with an emphasis on health and safety functions.
The role will include a combination of administrative duties as well as classroom duties.

Experience and educational requirements include: * Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field highly preferred; minimum of Associate degree in ECE/related field, with plan to achieve Bachelor’s within 5 years * At least two years of child care center leadership/administrative experience * MA EEC Director I certification * Professional teaching experience with infant to preschool children * Demonstrated in-depth understanding of and experience with center quality, compliance, health, safety and licensing standards; must have knowledge and ability to lead staff in implementation of developmentally appropriate curriculum Complete your online application today for immediate consideration.
