Senior SQL DeveloperJob Description:The Senior SQL Developer will have the opportunity to learn and work in the rapidly evolving healthcare information technology space.

The engineer will be working with a very agile MMS team on Change HealthCares Clinical Review division The Clinical Review ecosystem is composed of various applications built on Microsoft-based technologies including SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, .NET, as well as front-end technologies of ASP, HTML and JavaScript.

These applications support the core business of both retrieval and medical coding of medical charts for our clients.

The engineer in this position will work with a team of talented engineers to support the clinical review application with specific regard to risk adjustment coding.

The coding of these medical charts involves large amounts of data both inbound and outbound and this role will focus on designing new enhancements and utilities to extract this data from CHC in a format to deliver to our customers and clients.

There are several exciting opportunities to grow and rebuild the existing software to leverage a cloud-first mentality and provide a platform to perform common services across the clinical review landscape.

In addition to developing specific features and capabilities, the engineer will be responsible for the analysis, design, programming, debugging and modification of solutions as needed.

The engineer will also be responsible all technical aspects of design and the SDLC process as well as the quality of their code deliverables.

May include responsibilities around the configuration and implementation of the software and build processes.

May interface with users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications.

Minimum Requirements:5+ years experience in software engineering and/or software architecture4?year degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience Critical Skills:5+ years of professional experience with SQL (T-SQL) and SQL Server4+ years of Microsoft-based back-end technology expert including stored procedures, SSIS, SSRS2+ years of professional experience with C# and the .NET FrameworkIn-depth knowledge of design and best practices in relational databases Additional Knowledge & Skills:Experience building service-oriented solutions and RESTful microservicesAWS RDS or other back-end cloud experienceIn-depth knowledge in business analysis, requirements definition and translation, as well agile methodologies and software development lifecycleExcellent communication skills at all levels of the organization.Experience in the healthcare industry Physical Requirements:General Office Demands Benefits & Company Statement:Change Healthcare believes superior performance individual and team that helps us drive innovations and solutions to promote better health should be recognized and rewarded.
