The Provider Specialty Sales Executive Prior Authorization is focused on growing our solutions footprint across new and installed customers.

As a member of our sales team, you will be reporting into the AVP of Authorization Sales, and you will be part of a small, focused team within a Sales organization of 35+ people delivering $40M+ in new bookings each year.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?Position is an overlay & new sales specialist position.Own the sales cycle, ensuring appropriate engagement of CHCs team members of RCM Sales Executives, Account Management and Product Management to progress sales funnel.Coordinates and works closely with Installed Base accounts as well as pursuing new logo customers.Conduct ongoing customer needs analysis based on customer profiles and market feedback.Develop robust pipeline leveraging CHCs current customer base and net new leads.Establishes Revenue Cycle leadership & C-Suite relationships.Successfully gains meaningful access to C-Suite where a strategic relationship does not exist.

What are the requirements needed for this position?Bachelors degreeMin 7 years new account sales experienceHistory of top sales rep performanceProven success with transformational selling and strategySelf Starter with internal Drive to build a businessExperience selling RCM software or servicesExperience selling into Hospitals, Health Systems, Providers, Payers, Large Multi-Specialty Physician Groups.Healthcare Services and/or Technology Sales Experience in the areas of Revenue Cycle Management such as: Prior Authorization, Medical Review, Authorization Connectivity, Integration Partners (Payers/Providers) Clearance Authorization, Automated Payer Screening & Verification, Medical Necessity, Clinical Codes and/or Clinical Decision support tools.Demonstrated sales track record, new sales track record & proven quota performance.Experience prospecting new business opportunities, new market development, retention and upselling existing clients.Comfortable selling into an immature market space.

Driving a Strategic Sale around an unsolved problem space a demo will be a very small part of the Sales Cycle.Deep rooted knowledge and experience selling into the Healthcare organizationsFunction as a highly trusted partner who maintains and expects high standards for self and team.Experience in a start-up environment or new solution launch.Demonstrated success in quota achievement selling healthcare software systems to hospitals.Experience working with hospital executives at the C-suite levelStrong new business sales experience required.Knowledge of current information systems technology and of the healthcare industry and trends i.E.

EMRs, Population Management, advanced healthcare analytics, etc.Experience working in a large matrix sales environment proven ability to build relationships across the organization and collaborate as necessary to accomplish goals.Experience with new product introductions.Strong leadership and Customer Relationship skills.Contract negotiation and deal forecasting experience.
