Consultant-Market Intelligence & Engagement PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Manages a diverse set of projects using MS-Project, MS-Excel, and other company toolsFacilitates departmental sprints and produces weekly status reports and other metricsInterfaces and coordinates with corporate marketing on promotion effortsWorks with marketing to drive client engagement using direct mail, e-mail, social media, facilitated forums, webinars, and conferencesWork with external vendors (writers, printers, graphic artists, photographers, etc.) to coordinate the design, development and production of informational media.Develops informational, promotional, and educational materials for internal staff, clients, and/or other stakeholdersCreates and/or edits presentation materials for use at conferences, sales events, or information sharing forumsCollaborates on the management and administration of Content Management Software/Platforms; Manages market-facing content on both internal and external platformsFacilitates and participates in knowledge sharing forums either in person and/or on digital platformsSupport sales efforts by providing market information, client intelligence, proposal writing and/or presentation developmentAnalyze external marketplace, industry trends and public customer & competitor conversationsPerforms primary and secondary market research including market surveys, database searches, web searches, review of industry magazines and materialsAnalyzes data, write reports and prepare recommendations; Prepares and delivers written and oral presentations; summarizes research data, findings and recommendations; provides data to internal clients as requested.Collaborate with internal and external resources to plan, implement, manage, coordinate and execute social media programs & initiativesMonitor social media sites and coordinate response with internal resourcesWrite, post and promote content that encourages customer participation & community engagementIdentify, interpret, monitor and capitalize on social media trends as well as provide new social media strategy recommendationsUnderstand our brand, products and customers to ensure copy meets the marketing strategy and reflects the brandAll other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES/SKILLS:Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, communications, journalism or a related field, or equivalent experience requiredExceptional verbal and written communication skillsProject Management RELATED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONSStrong analytical skills to translate business questions into analysis outputsAbility to tabulate data, interpret the data, and counsel stakeholders regarding implications and opportunitiesUnderstanding of existing and emerging social media platforms, tools for optimization and industry trendsExcellent verbal, written, and presentation skillsAbility to design and deliver presentationsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsProactive ability to identify opportunities, and propose new and better methods to achieve business objectivesIntellectual curiosity, self-motivated, and a can-do attitudePassion for the healthcare business and consumer engagement.
