Join our global team of 4,000+ professionals!Position Summary:Objective/Summary: Take ownership of customer orders once entered to ensure project is moving and on target to meet customer expectations.
This includes scheduling of installations, applicable training, warranty entitlement and timely invoicing for Dealer, Direct and Government OrdersPosition Responsibilities:Verify required information from multiple sources/functions internal and external to the company to create project schedule, planning, project management, applications specialists, customer, etc.Communicate to internal and external stake holder’s necessary information, RDDs, changes to plan, updatesSet up install base required for input of FE feedback, technical support, warranty entitlement.Process invoice using proper revenue recognition guidelines when order shipsWork within multiple IT systems for order creation, scheduling, and equipment entitlement (SAP, C4C)Investigate issues, concerns or questions and provide a timely responseProcess trade in credits and returnsStriving for Perfect Order FulfilmentScheduling of demos equipment/rotation as neededCompensation for this role is between $50,000-$60,000.
with a 4% bonus potentialRequired Skills & Education:Strong attention to detailExceptional written and verbal communicationAbility to professionally interact at multiple levels/departments within Carestream and external organizations.Closely monitor customer orders to ensure projects stay on time, completes the various follow-up items required and resolve any issues that may arise to ensure customer satisfaction.Ability to recognize and rearrange priorities as necessary during high peak volume periodsResolve customer issues and ensure that root causes are rectified by recommending corrective measures.Ensure all customer adjustments meet standard operating procedures as well as financial standardsDemonstrate a sense of urgency and commitment to maintaining high-level of customer satisfaction.Build and foster strong relationships with Carestream customers.
