The Impact You’ll Make in this Role You will be directly involved in finding, cultivating, and growing a group of Bio-Pharma accounts in this exciting, growing business.
Create and maintain a working Sales Plan with strategies and tactics to achieve annual sales forecast Develop, maintain, and move a healthy pipeline of deals and opportunities through the sales funnel Cultivate accounts within the BioPharma industry space Demonstrate a proficient level of procedural and technical product knowledge to identify products that meet customer needs Work to attain sales quota, quality, and sales productivity metrics Identify market trends and account needs to leverage market activity and reach favorable sales goals Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution Two (2) years of years sales experience (combined inside and field sales) in a private, public, government or military environment Business development experience in Biopharmaceutical and/or bioprocessing technology industry Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Degree in Biochemistry, Biophysics, Biomedical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Chemical Engineer Successful experience in Hunting/Cultivating of new accounts Preferred knowledge of filtration and the bio-pharma marketplace Excellent virtual communication skills (phone, video, social media) Location: Open to US Remote locations Travel: May include up to 5% domestic Relocation Assistance: Remote position; relocation will not be necessary Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

The targeted compensation range for this position is $72,466
– $88,569.
This targeted compensation range is specific to Colorado residents and can vary based on qualifications, business needs, etc.
