Prepares check requests and maintains organized records of budget expenditures in electronic spreadsheets.
Maintains and processes letters, AP checks, and QA processes Opens, reads, routes, and distributes incoming and returned mail and other material; drafts responses to routine letters.
Composes, types, and distributes meeting minutes, routine correspondence, contracts, e-flashes and reports.
Reviews and revises the training manual and department policies and procedures as needed.
Performs routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling meetings, organizing and maintaining electronic files which includes scanning and indexing.
Assists management team in various aspects of the billing, enrollment and cash services functions.
