*ABOUT THE JOB* As a Senior Engineer on the Software Quality Center of Enablement, you will help in all aspects of software test data management.

You will have the opportunity to design, develop, and maintain the test data that enables our Best Buy Health engineering teams to have the ability to deliver our life-saving urgent response systems.

Your job will be critical to our success in meeting their needs!* RESPONSIBILITIES* Guide platform wide test data architecture and platform implementation Design test data management framework Develop test data sets that enable engineering and testing teams Evaluate existing data management tools, methodologies Optimize existing applications to improve performance, scalability, and stability Collaborate with cross functional product teams to deliver new products and features Manage individual deliverables, deadlines, and priorities Maintain and influence business relationships Coach and mentor other engineers Advocate for best practices in the software development process*QUALIFICATIONS**Education:* Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience*Minimum Required Qualifications:* 5+ years of professional data management experience 3+ years of data engineer experience*Preferred Qualifications:* Experience shipping high-quality custom Android devices Experience shipping high-quality, performant, customer-facing Android applications Experience with Android framework development Experience with API design and client architecture Experience with high-availability distributed systems Experience with telemetry simulation experience with either IOS or Android Experience with either Cloud Azure IoT, Google Cloud Platform, or Amazon Webservice (AWS) Experience with a commercial data platform like Informatica TDM, CA TDM, Delphix, Optim Ability to coach and mentor other engineers Ability to solve complex and ambiguous problems Ability to write and speak English fluently
