And in the process, our lives are changed as well.QualificationsThe ideal candidate has at least 3 years of Indiana Medicaid Waiver Therapist/Behavior Clinician experience working with families, children, adults, individuals, and staff utilizing the philosophies and measures with a proven track record of producing results.Must have a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, School Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Special Education, or Marriage and Family Therapy Counseling with the right amount of experience.An experienced BCBA, RBT, LCSW, and/or LMHC is highly preferred.Experience working with the Medicaid Waiver.Must be willing to drive to and throughout Northwest Indiana, and hold sessions both in-person and virtually.Obtain10 CEUs per year.Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.The ability to collaborate with local agencies and co-workers.Must display professionalism including the ability to build rapport, collaborate and handle difficult situations with the clinical team and family.Automobile insurance coverage of at least 50/100/50.AccessAbilities, Inc.
