BAYADA HOME HEALTH CARE: Rn Clinical Manager, Home Health

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of RN Clinical Manager for our Glen Burnie, MD Medicare Certified home health office.

This office provides best-in-class care to adult and geriatric clients living in communities that include assisted living, independent living, senior congregate living, 55+ communities, and intermediate care facilities.

As a clinical manager you will support your field team from the office, therefore requiring very minimal travel within the community.

Responsibilities:Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care to residents in senior living communities.Supervise a team of field nurses and therapists who conduct assessment/treatment visits for our adult and geriatric clients in Anne Arundel County and other surrounding areas.Facilitate new hire orientation and training of new nurses and therapists.Coordinate and/or deliver in-services for field staff.RN Qualifications:Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.Acute, med/surge, and/or sub-acute experience preferred.Prior supervisory experienceComprehensive knowledge of OASIS and the Medicare Conditions of Participation for Home HealthDemonstrated success working independently while taking on increased responsibilitiesAmbition to grow and advance beyond current positionExcellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skillsPrior experience with electronic medical record documentation and reporting systemsAs an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider, BAYADA complies with all state/local mandates.About BAYADAFounded in 1975 by J.
