Completion of a nursing program from an accredited school of Nursing.
Two years of related experience.
State of Florida Registered Nurse License.
BLS/ACLS required.
Reports to Nurse Managerin thedepartment and is responsible for assisting with planning, administering and evaluating twenty-four hour operation of one or more nursing units.
In doing so, is assigned duties based on patients needs, staffing availability, etc.
Attends patient rounds with physicians, answers questions regarding patients condition, receives physicians orders and notes patients charts.
Directs preparation and maintenance of patient clinical records.
