If so, we have an amazing opportunity for you: As a Registered Nurse at your assigned communities, you will conduct resident assessments and train employees on infection control and all clinical care activities, following regulatory requirements.
You will lead and deliver required staff training sessions for Med Aides, Personal Care Assistants, and other required training at the appropriate timeframes.
You will be the primary clinical operations leader for your assigned communities, teaching and training clinical operations to leaders and employees.
Minimum eligibility requirements: Registered Nurse with current North Carolina State Licensing Authority in good standing with the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
Experience of 1-3 years or more in the care of senior adults and adults with cognitive decline is preferred.
Ability to teach and train employees.
Computer proficiency with EMAR (electronic medical record), LMS (learning management system) and email Knowledge and capability to use MatrixCare EMAR effectively Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
Must be honest, fair, dependable, respect confidentiality and the rights and privacy of others.
Must have exceptional organizational skills and ability to re-prioritize daily tasks.
Ability to read, write and speak English.
Must have strong documentation skills.
Must pass criminal background check.
Must meet all health requirements.
Must have valid drivers license.
Must be able to perform duties and responsibilities (essential job functions), with or without reasonable accommodation.
