The Human Resources Coordinator assists in coordinating all personnel-related matters concerning the Company’s employees.
Individual must maintain confidentiality of all subject matter as appropriate.
They are responsible for submission and follow-up on Workers Compensation claims, provide follow-up on all outstanding documentation to ensure compliance, payroll database maintenance and assists employees with various HR related requests.
Conducts audits to ensure overall department compliance and accuracy.A successful candidate will enjoy building relationships at all levels.
