Position Summary: We are searching for an experienced, high-caliber and highly motivated (medical) telesales professional that has a passion for helping patients, enjoys talking to health care professionals, and has past experience in medical product sales.

As a Telesales Account Executive you will be responsible for selling into, supporting, and growing an existing account list to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales revenue.

Daily you will be making outbound calls, receiving and placing orders, and connecting with Health Care professionals to grow their business through the use and sale of our professional product portfolio.

Through this you will work to educate healthcare providers, develop and manage weekly call lists, and maintain overall responsibility of action plans and strategy for ensuring your accounts are happy and growing.

Meeting established sales goals and growing the territory through promoting Charlottes Web and CBD Clinic professional product portfolio to healthcare professionals is key to the role.

The focus in year one will be growth in chiropractor, massage therapy practices, and independent pharmacists with sale in other specialties as opportunities are presented.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Promote and sell products to current and potential customers as assigned Provide excellent service for accounts, suggest and present new products, and takes orders Target a minimum of 75 sales connections per day on office days via phone calls and email to ensure KPI sales goals are met and exceeded Establish and maintain excellent communications and sound working relationships with physicians and healthcare providers to maximize new business opportunities and support the growth of their practice with use and sale of our products Develop, analyze, prioritize, monitor, and action performance results to achieve business sales goals, and maximize the appropriate use (and sale) of the product in current customer base Engage in meaningful dialogue that addresses the needs of the health provider and patient.

Uses functional and technical knowledge of (medical, CBD, OTC, topical) products, healthcare, pharmaceutical market-places, managed care, and customer markets to meet or exceed customer needs Actively participate in scheduled Company meetings, district, and regional conferences (calls), and other business meetings virtually or in person as needed Demonstrate honesty and integrity while modeling behaviors consistent with company standards and policies for business and compliance related matters May conduct marketing surveys, effectiveness reviews of calls/sales activities, and territory analysis Support marketing personnel on advertising and promotional sales strategies and insights, including creation of creative briefs for territory specific marketing needs Provide medical professionals with information and training on the use of Company products and with staff education, in-services and technical troubleshooting Ensure that all pertinent customer details including licensing, tax certificates, shipping addresses, etc.

is completed and forwarded to patient tracking when required Create and manage inventory forecast bi-weekly in detail and in TPM system providing advanced and accurate product demand to meet territory needs and sales objectives.

Collect, study, and share internally information about new and existing products and monitors competitor sales, prices and products as shared or discovered in customer discussions Analyse sales statistics; prepares reports; and performs required administrative sales duties (e.g., filing expense account reports, compiling monthly sales reports, scheduling appointments, updating sales force, etc.) May attend trade shows where new products and technologies are showcased and relevant regional and/or national conferences to meet other sales representatives and clients and discuss new product developments and to support the Medical channel business goals Assist the Education Team in prioritization of customers and associated specialties.

Help to fill in educational gap opportunities with digital and print materials needed to support the health care specialties growth of business Help incorporate Social responsibility into communications and partnerships Empower and support our team to achieve greatness and goals Be dependable, personable, and organized Qualifications: Must possess an ability to sell by phone, document discussions; and effectively support, manage, and grow customer sales territory efficiently and effectively in Medical channel 4 years of TeleSales or Insides Sales experience Highly effective presentation skills; persuasiveness and relationship building capabilities Strong computer and technological comfort Excellent oral and written communication skills Must have a high sense of urgency and take ownership of assigned tasks Must be able to work a flexible schedule that fluctuates in response to sales demands Commitment to company values and focused against primary specialties of chiropractors and massage therapists in Y1 Must be open to feedback, flexible in responsibilities and focus, and a team-player Physical Demands and Work Environment: Primarily sitting and computer/phone work At regional events, standing for up to 4 hours at a time Supervisory Duties: N/A initially, with future opportunities as team and territory grow Must be self-disciplined, driven, and possess an ability to lead Compensation: $65,000.00 Base Commission
