Ford Global Fleet Sales (FGFS), a division of RMA Group of Companies, is responsible for sales of Ford fleet vehicles and modifications to the aid and development sector, commercial accounts and government agencies.

The US Government Sales Manager will develop the Aid & Development automotive business sales to the US Government, as well as developing and managing prospective customers and existing strategies and related operational plans to maximize sales and profits.
Functional responsibilities include: Increase sales in the defined customer base, maximizing profit.
Increase sales to existing customers and develop new business region in line with the Sales Strategy.
Identify and develop prospects.
Maintain prospect and customer records in the CRM system.
Develop and maintain market information of the A&D sector and who are the main contacts and key influencers in current customers and prospects.
The position is based at our office in Southfield, Michigan and there will be (once it is safe to fly) traveling to Washington DC and other locations domestically, international trade shows and customer visits, occasionally to HQ in Thailand and other destinations as required.
Please note while our office is in Michigan, the position is open to being based in Washington DC.
Only US nationals or those holding Green Cards will be eligible for the job.
To be considered, you must have these experiences and traits.
At least 5 years of experience selling directly to the US Government (DoD, DoS, FMS and others).
A track record in developing new business opportunities.
Highly articulate with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
