Public Works Laborer
The Borough of Little Ferry Department of Public Works is accepting applications for the full-time position of Laborer.
Applicants must be responsible, motivated, and physically capable of lifting, bending and climbing etc.
Must have a valid Class B driver’s license or have the ability to obtain one within the first 6 months of employment. This license includes a tanker endorsement.
The applicant should reside within a 15 minute drive time of The Borough of Little Ferry and be available for emergency recall when needed.
This position includes but is not limited to landscaping, road maintenance, buildings and grounds maintenance, snow plowing and the operation of heavy equipment. Prior experience in the trades or construction is desired.
Interviews will begin during the week of October 11th.
