Public Space Attendant

Basic Function: Clean Executive offices, Sales and Catering Offices, Accounting Office, Human Resources, Pool Bathrooms, all Dock Restrooms, Lodge Lobby, View Room, Makers Space, Lobby Area, Dock Laundry Rooms, Main Dining Room, Chesapeake Club, Fitness Center, and Spa.

Work Performed: 1.

Clean lobby, (this includes dusting, vacuum, glass/mirrors) Associate Restrooms, lobby, pool bathrooms and Dock Bathrooms and Laundry Rooms.

2.

Clean all office areas and removal of trash.

3.

Assist Turndown crew with duties as needed.

4.

Report to the Director of Housekeeping any problems that need special attention.

5.

Keep all lobby and public areas clean.

Cleaning continuously throughout the day.

6.

Call any maintenance problems to supervisor or have front desk notify maintenance.

8.

All other projects assigned by supervisor.

9.

Go to Housekeeping to pick up all supplies needed.

10.

Must be crossed trained for all duties that Turndown Attendees perform so they may fill in when Resorts occupancy dictates.

11.

Answer all of the guests requests 12.

Maintain a proper level of supplies in all public and associate restrooms.

13.

Maintain cleanliness of associate restrooms and locker rooms.

14.

Perform job with minimizing or inconveniencing or interrupting of guest experience.

15.

Must be well groomed and in approved company uniform and wear name badge at all times 16.

Must follow the 10/5/3 rule at all times 17.

Must observe safety and respect for company and guest property and equipment.

Supervision Exercised: None Supervision Received: Director of Housekeeping/PM Supervisor/MOD Minimum Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent preferred.

Must work well without direct supervision.

Also must have knowledge of cleaning chemicals.
