Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and running the show on multifamily, retail, and government projects. Our client has over 230 employees between Davenport and St. Louis. They are currently joining forces with another general contractor to become the largest general contractor in the greater St. Louis area. The client is currently looking at $300M in revenue, and pushing towards $450M within the next four years. Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Leading client bid meetings, update meetings, and prospective business meetings
• Bid solicitation and formulating proposals
• Communication with Superintendent and field crew
• Scheduling
• Budgeting
• RFIs, Change Orders, Submittals
• Business Development activities may be part of this role

Profile

A successful Project Manager will posses the following:

• 5-10+ Years Experience
• Diverse background working on multifamily, retail, government, health care, etc projects
• Client facing experience
• Solid work history
• Ability to lead and communicate effectively
