Project Engineer – Institutional / Public Works / GC

We specialize in institutional construction and are looking for people who want to build long-term careers with us!What’s In It for You – Competitive base salary contingent on experience – Vehicle allowance if preferred – Reimbursement for cell phone and gas – PTO + personal days = 13 total that starts accruing right away – Healthcare, dental, vision – 401k (4% match) – A company that values its employees and invests in their career growth!What You Need for this Position – Experience as a Project Engineer at a GC – Experience with institutional, public works, school, and/or commercial projects – Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project (Plus) – Basic computer skillsWhat You Will Be Doing – Assist in preparation of construction schedules – Create a budget, assist in the buyout of projects – Track cost and schedule throughout the life of the project – Coordinate subcontractors throughout the life of the project – Coordinate project workflow with project superintendent to achieve on time, on budget project delivery and project closeout – Work with the project manager to monitor project budget and profitability – Assist PM in cost control and procurement, including bid solicitation and negotiation, and preparation of subcontracts. – Prepare RFIs, AURs, submittals, and contract documents – Attend progress, safety, and site coordination meetingsSo, if you are a Project Engineer with the experience above, please apply today!
