The primary responsibilities of this team member are to serve as a project leader on all CEO content and marketing materials distributing and coordinating highly impactful stories, presentations, and content to drive business, gain attention, and elevate brand equity.You will report to our Director of Corporate Marketing and work directly with our CEO, as well as the VP of Marketing & Innovation and the entire marketing team.

Location: Merchants Fleet Headquarters in Hooksett, NH What your day will look like:Serve as the CEO’s go-to resource for all CEO marketing initiatives to include company communications, board communications, presentation development, content reuse, content development, award submissions, public appearances, media relations, and morePrepare, organize, and maintain CEO content & appearance scheduleMaintain all CEO online content storage such as photos, written materials, presentations, and more in an organized formatCoordinate & update online presence to include website & digital management, social media channels, emailsCreate, manage and grow CEO presence across social media channels including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn; schedule weekly social media activities and postLead a project to take current CEO content and expand into other formatsBook and manage all CEO speaker events, seek new opportunities for CEO presentationsSupport and maintain the CEO voice across the company, clients, key stakeholders, and a broader external audienceLead and support content creation for key documents including board & financial presentations, client communications, company presentations, and othersEdit all CEO communications, occasionally create first drafts and other writing support, working collaboratively with corporate communicationsCollaborate with internal partners in finance, HR, marketing and the leadership team to support CEO content development & other projectsLead various special projects as determined by CEOAssist in public relations efforts to include award submissions, press releases, and more occasionally requested by VPThe Skills you bring:Exceptional verbal and written skills are required with a wide range of levels up to and including ” C” level personnelAbility to work in PowerPoint with a design eyeAbility to work with CEO and respond quickly to requestsProactively identify content gaps and opportunities and create needed contentAbility to lead content related projects, ensuring timeline/project plan is met and communicating with others as neededAbility to maximize content through internal and external channelsExcellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple projectsMeticulous attention to detail with a creative eyeThe Expertise you have:2-5 years of experience in marketing, administration, communications, or related fieldExperience in project managing content pieces to meet publishing deadlinesExperience creating engaging marketing contentExcellent cross-group collaboration and organizational skillsInterpersonal, written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPointPreferred:Exposure to Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, PhotoshopProficiency in social media applications and metricsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Administration, Communications or English or relevant area; or relevant experience Merchants Fleet is the nation’s fastest growing fleet management company, providing flexible funding and service options for organizations that leverage vehicles to run their operations.
