Work More Earn More Summer Wage Premium 2021 Bonus paid in the event Pack Member exceeds 20 hours worked in a given pay week, and Bonus applies back to the first hour worked in such pay week.The Public Area Attendant is critical to ensuring the overall atmosphere of the Lodge meets or exceeds Great Wolf and guest standards.
The Attendant is responsible cleaning and maintaining common areas of the resort.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesVacuums, dusts, and cleans public areas including, but not limited to: floors, carpets, restrooms, waterpark area, elevators, windows, and doorsEnsure elevator areas are free of debrisEmpties waste receptacles in common areasReads and comprehends material safety data sheets for all chemicals and use them according to directionsReport maintenance issues in public areasOperates trash compactor and cardboard balerCommunicate with guests in a professional and courteous mannerDeliver items to guestrooms as requested and return them to storage as necessaryAssists with guestroom cleaning as neededRequired Qualifications & SkillsWillingness to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and/or Holidays as neededSuccessful completion of criminal background check and drug screenProven ability to work independently with limited supervisionDesired Qualifications & TraitsPrior experience with the handling of cleaning chemicalsExcellent customer service skillsPrevious housekeeping or general cleaning experiencePhysical RequirementsAble to lift up to 30 lbs.Able to push/pull up to 100 lbs.Able to bend, stretch, and twistAble to stand and walk for long periods of timeAble to climb multiple flights of stairs on daily basis and walk frequentlyAble to work with chemicals according to directionsEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThe contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
