This is a Full-time position in Cross Creek, NC posted January 22, 2022.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES: This class is responsible for coordinating, planning, developing and monitoring various data visualization tools to guide decision-making and continuous quality improvements across all divisions.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, monitoring data provided by enterprise applications; working with project teams and other staff to define business requirements for reporting; analyzing reports, data, alerts and/or error messages to ensure communication/work flows are functioning properly; serving as liaison between end users, IT, Host support and Data & Analytics Team to troubleshoot and resolve application and report issues, perform maintenance and manage SDLC processes; developing, facilitating and delivering end user testing and training, developing processes for analyzing data to assess common problems and correlations; developing tests to analyze and/or confirm issues and/or correlations; analyzing, monitoring and/or providing recommended changes for system application settings to best meet the needs of departments; directing/monitoring benchmarking studies and report and material/work flow audits; and developing processes and reporting tools in coordination with the PMO and other departments/units of PWC to measure project/program performance and standardized key performance indicators.

Operating under general supervision of the Data & Analytics Manager, workis performed in accordance with established policies and procedures, with leeway allowed for the exercise of independent judgment in carrying out the details of the work.

Performs related work as required.FULL PERFORMANCE KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Thorough knowledge of safety rules/regulations/procedures; thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications and other technologies relevant to enterprise-wide applications; ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing; ability to plan, organize, schedule, and monitor data made available from enterprise applications; ability to analyze and use data to help all departments set and measure performance indicators aligned with operational and strategic goals; ability to perform dataanalysis and audits on a wide variety of projects and performance across all divisions; ability to create and provide training on complex data applications and reports; ability to deal with co-workers and customers with tact and maintain control in sensitive and difficult situations; ability to understand business requirements/processes/work flows and how to coordinate effectively with all levels of employees across multiple departments and projects; ability to oversee and analyze the day to day data transactions of enterprise-wide data reporting/visualization applications; ability to understand and analyze data, alerts, and/or error messages; ability to gather, analyze and provide guidance on using various applications to support departments’ abilities to effectively use and share data required to measure key performance indicators; ability to serve as central point of contact for data collection and mining for PWC personnel without experience with data analysis and associated applications/tools; ability to coordinate requests from other departments with staff to build and automate common reports and dashboards; ability to perform dataanalysis with emphasis on producing reports that align with business requirements and identify performance deficits and their causes so that corrective actions can be taken; develop and share recommendations aligned with strategic goals; ability to run reports to gather data on proposed special programs/projects.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: (A) Graduation from a four (4) year accredited university/college or technical school with a degree/certification in business, accounting, finance or related field; and a minimum of five (5) years of experience working in/for a public utility which includes lead worker or supervisory responsibilities is preferred; OR(B) Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma and a minimum of thirteen (13) years of experience as defined in (A) above; OR(C) An equivalent combination of experience, training and education as defined in (A) and (B) above.Job Type: Full-timePay: $70,618.28 $88,272.86 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offProfessional development assistanceRetirement planTuition reimbursementVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Fayetteville, NC 28301: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:Business analysis: 5 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
