As a Workday Adaptive Insights Consultant your primary responsibilities may include: Identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures Lead workshops for client education Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements Support the Planning Lead in architecting Workday Planning solution to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices Demonstrate design options through the use of prototyping Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies Why should I join the Accenture Workday team?

Here’s what you need: Existing and up to date Adaptive Insights certification 2 years implementing Financial Planning, Budgeting, & Forecasting systems like Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, and Hyperion.

2 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Consultant or similar level role 1 year of experience in Financial Management with a background in accounting, finance, consolidation, management reporting, planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, or related field Experience with Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, NetSuite or similar finance applications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

(If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years of work experience) & ability to travel up to 25% Bonus points if: Strong financial planning and analytical skills Experience with technical solutions Excellent verbal and written communication skills Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities Up to 1 year of hands-on experience with delivering Adaptive Insights implementations Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Accenture (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status).
