nn nnAs a Workday Functional Sr Manager your primary responsibilities may include:nn nnOversee multiple functional work streams/domains on a Workday implementation project (e.g, function as the overall HCM Lead for the project) or function as the lead for thework streamnn nnLead pre-sales activitiesnn nnManage on andoff-shorefunctional teamsnn nnLead{{Insert Specialization}}work stream driving towards decisions and recommending best practices related to Workday functionality including, but not limitedto: compensation grades, grade ranges, compensation steps, compensation plans, eligibility rules, advanced compensation configuration and processingnn nnIdentify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirementsnn nnLead, mentor, counsel and manage performance of project staffnn nnArchitect Workday HCM solution to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigatednn nnAdvise clients on industry standardsand leading practices.nn nnDemonstrate design optionsthrough the use ofprototyping.nn nnUnderstand and apply Workday and Accenturemethodologies.nn nnProvide the Project Manager with status updates and keep them apprised of overall project status.nn nnDemonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectivesnn nnEnsure the client takes advantage of Workday best practices.nn nnSupport innovation through the creation of new industry leading methods and assets nn nnWhy should I join the Accenture Workday team?nn nnInnovate every day.

nn nnUnless expressly indicated, this role is not open in the state of Coloradonn nnHeres what you need: nn nnExisting and up to date Workday HCM certificationnn nnExperience leading pre sales activitiesnn nnHR Technology and process experience using Workday, SAP, Oracle or similar ERP technologies (preferably cloud based)nn nn8+ years of consulting experience, most recently in a Manager, Senior Manager, Director, or similar level role, preferably with a large consulting firmnn nn4+ years demonstrated success of hands-on experience with delivering Workday implementations in a leadership rolenn nnBonus points if: nn nn5+ years prior experience implementing Workday with a certified Workday implementer.

nn nnExperience managing large teams on complex global project nn nnThrive in a diverse, fast paced environment.

nn nnThink analytically and can effectively apply logic to solve problems.

nn nnAbility to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines, despite conflicting demands.
