IT Security Architect 
 
   
   
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
The primary responsibilities of this role, Information Technology Security Manager, are to: 
 

• Determine security requirements by evaluating business strategies and derive requirements;
• Research information security standards;
• Drive system security and vulnerability analyses;
• Identify risks and develop/implement mitigation plans;
• Engage with external partners to identify emerging security trends and relay impact analysis to organization;
• Partner with review current system security measures in light of system and vulnerability analyses and recommend and drive risk-based implementation of enhancements;
• Manage security initiatives, projects and programs in close collaboration with relevant Information Technology (IT) and business stakeholders to ensure aligned security solutions are delivered with speed and scale;
• Manage business and IT stakeholder, including interacting with a broad cross-section of personnel to explain and enforce security measures;
• Define and implement relevant sustainable, global processes in order to ensure durable security solutions (e.g. process ownerships, monitoring and reporting processes, exception handling processes) are delivered and enhanced according to the enterprise’s evolving needs.

Required Qualifications:
 

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience or at least 15 years of applicable business experience or equivalent;
• Multiple years of experience as IT project manager or consultant;
• Profound project management and consulting skills;
• Strong working knowledge of current IT risks and experience implementing security solutions;
• Extensive experience in management of current IT risks and implementation of security solutions;
• Good English language skills;
• Experience in the management of complex global programs with multiple cross-functional stakeholders;
• Ability to communicate effectively complex ideas and requirements to a variety of organizational stakeholders.
