Unstructured Data Governance Senior

The Unstructured Data Governance Senior Technologist is our go-to for contributing to the technical architecture, solutioning, and implementation of enterprise-wide data governance solutions involving data.

With a focus on identifying, proof and deploy new technologies to enhance capabilities in the unstructured space.

This position will be required to work with multiple disciplines across the Freddie Mac ecosystem.

As a trusted partner and data leader with vision, the successful candidate will support large, strategic, cross disciplinary business change efforts.

Your Work Falls into Three Primary Categories: Data Governance Solutioning and Implementation Contribute to an enterprise wide data governance and data quality roadmap, including vital IT solutions and/or external services Serve as a liaison between teams and ensure that data related requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and well understood Proactively champions the value of information (data) as a strategic business asset and revenue generator by providing the business and strategy teams with ideas and promoting those ideas into action; including developing and implementing communication, learning, change management and adoption plan Create and maintain Unstructured Data policies, playbook(s), processes, procedures for guiding various data management processes, including data security and privacy, data quality control and data dissemination activities Align data management practices with regulatory requirement You will be responsible for the growth of literacy in unstructured data, with a focus on building the technical aspects of governance.

This team works in unstructured, structured and semi-structured data as a part of the core operation.

Our support lends to the growth and literacy of data governance overall in support of the Information Life-cycle Management program.

Your contribution will have a lasting effect on the future of Freddie Mac in the unstructured data space as well as data governance overall.
