Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, mission oriented Systems Engineer (Level 6), in the Chantilly, VA area, with strong Customer relationships.

The IOS Division provides mission solutions to a wide range of Defense and Intelligence Community customers.
This division consists of a team of technical leaders that deliver advanced technical solutions to government organizations.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, evaluates alternatives including cost and risk, supportability and analyses for total systems.
• Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal.
• Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
• Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications
• Define and write CONOPS, requirements, specifications, ICDs, and V&V plans for the system Position Requirements:
• 20 years of Systems Engineering experience with B.S.
• 18 years of Systems Engineering experience with MS
• 15 years of Systems Engineering experience with PhD
• Effective interpersonal skills, ability to coordinate and manage planning activities with multiple contractors.
• Strong briefing and written communications skills.
• Occasional travel within CONUS.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office products.
Security Clearance Requirement: Active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.
