nn nn Reali is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect with ability to think outside of the box, for the design and realization of an echo system of services and components that provide state of the art living experience. We are looking for someone who can hold conversations up and down the stakeholder ladder
– from technical doers to CxO level leaders and therefore you will be a strong communicator who can take ownership, deal with ambiguity and complexity and focus on achieving success to ensure the clients’ business outcomes are met.The technologies include a rich API services mesh, Web and Mobile applications, cloud services, information systems, data analytics and BI, machine learning, and more.

Report to the director of engineering and work with all stakeholders to define the best and most suitable options for the implementation of our products.

nn nLead and drive following technical aspects as part of cross-functional product teams across the software engineering organization:n Provide technical leadership for the transition and transformation of a program of solutions and services. Guide product teams on systems flexibility and constraints.

Set and maintain architectural standards, policies and frameworks that govern all aspects of application integrations, development and maintenance that continuously improve with cloud enabled services that improve business agility and drive down operating costs Develop full stack “blueprints” for application architectures comprising of micro-services and messaging for digital user interfaces Support the impact assessment of changes to the systems/solutions brought about by the customer’s requests for change Be part of the engineering group, working collaboratively towards a common goal with experts and with partners across geographies and domains Provide the technical direction required to resolve complex issues to ensure the on-time delivery of solutions that meet client expectations Develop reusable solutions and workarounds that are innovative and demonstrate a deep technical knowledge of the affected products, processes, and the client environment Design and develop a core set of shared services that can be consumed by various other application modules or containers.

Promote reuse and leverage existing software components, cloud components, and services Create, maintain and/or enhance a target enterprise application landscape that drives reuse where appropriate across the enterprise Collaborates with application teams across the enterprise and provides recommendations on competitive frameworks and solutions to address application inefficiencies, increase stability, and support scaling efforts on cloud platform Provide designs, prototypes, and implementations incorporating architecture & software engineering best practices.  Account for possible project challenges on constraints including, risks, time, resources and scope in solutions.

Support business in assessment of IP and business development opportunities as a subject matter expert.

Assist with technology roadmap design, creation, and execution.

nQualifications (Must Haves)n 15+ years experience of designing and implementing software applications.

10+ years experience of enterprise architecture and technical leadership Outstanding leadership, collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence at a CxO level.  Outstanding The ability to understand the business needs, vision and direction and also the key trends and challenges and the technology enablers for the real-estate and financial sectors Experience in providing technical leadership with first-hand experience of the concepts of Lean approaches and the details of Agile methodologies and related methods, plus a working knowledge of an enterprise architecture framework Knowledge and understanding of contemporary technologies and platforms Excellence in strategic and analytical problem solving, with a quantitative, fact-based approach to team-based problem solving and a strategic approach to addressing issues and offering solutions with an aptitude for analytical concepts and thinking.

Experience in decomposing large complex problems into component parts for skill centre engineering, as well as having the ability to provide and contribute at all levels across build, test, implementation and integration activities.

A strong footing in the following areas: Cloud Technologies, Platform and Hosting, Workplace and Mobility, Security, Applications & Modernization, DevSecOps or Automation / Orchestration and Analytics Experience working on large-scale SaaS software projects working across the stack.

Demonstrated knowledge of: Web and mobile applications; Web services; Application security; Systems architecture and design; Software design principles; Software architecture and design.

The ability to facilitate executive workshops and obtain consensus Negotiation skills.

An understanding of principled negotiation strategies and the ability to resolve differing opinions and seek a win-win resolution to conflicts Defines functional and non-functional requirements including performance monitoring, alerting and code management and ensuring alignment with technology best practices and SLAs.

Mentoring and coaching other members of the agile andor Run team.

Driving engagement with ITS Security and Infrastructure teams to ensure secure development and deployment of solutions Excellent oral/written communication, white board, documentation  Experience mentoring and growing individual contributors and teams.

Demonstrated experience at setting standards around software development processes and helping organizations mature.
