Our client is a leading gaming industry provider of innovative payment technology solutions.
They deliver successful payment solutions for millions of patrons and billions of dollars in completed transactions.
They are going through a digital transformation and need a Solutions Architect that can focus on all the development, technical design, workflows, processes and procedures as they grow and scale with an influx of venture capital funding.

The Solutions Architect will be contributing, writing and managing the overall design of systems and solutions that align with business requirements and internal software architecture.
This role is responsible for ensuring that new software projects are ready to begin development with complete requirements and design documentation, while making sure the stakeholders are in agreement regarding all aspects of delivery.
This position will work closely with product owners, project managers, developers, other software architects and clients and leadership.
What you will do:
- Lead engineering design and workflow meetings and anything else associate with process and procedure
- Assess current documentation and create new documentation based on business requirements
- Work with software architects, developers, product owners, project managers and stakeholders to achieve consensus
- Become SME on all processes and procedures and work to refine and add to them
- Work directly with developers to ensure that designs are complete and understandable
- Participate in scrum meetings
- Work with team members and stakeholders to keep project plans on track
- Work with customers on feature requirements and possibilities
- Synchronize business requirements with IT systems and development
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience in software development and/or working on software projects with development teams
- Experience creating design documents, sequence and workflow diagrams using design tools such as Visio
- Experience writing API Specification Documentation is required
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, Azure DevOps and Git
- Experience in Agile methodologies is required
- Solid customer service skills and orientation
- Experience/knowledge of MVC, WCF, JSON, XML is preferred
